Welcome to ZIA JEWELS! This website is operated by ZIA JEWELS, a company based in Thrissur, Kerala, India (GST Number: 32AAEFZ1419J1Z8). Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to ZIA JEWELS. The terms “you”, “user”, or “customer” refer to any person browsing or purchasing from our site www.ziajewel.com.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors of content.

By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a contract. You agree not to use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorised activity, including copyright or trademark violations. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. 3. Product Quality & Hallmark Compliance

All gold and silver products sold by ZIA JEWELS comply with Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) hallmarking requirements. We offer only authentic, brand-new products, crafted from:

  •       18k or 22k gold (yellow, white, or rose)
  •       925 sterling silver (plain or plated)

 

If your item appears damaged or defective on arrival, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery at info@ziajewel.com. If the product is found to be non-compliant with our standards, we’ll offer a repair, replacement, or refund, as applicable.

 

4. Product Information & Display

We do our best to present accurate product descriptions and images. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. If you need more details, reach out to us via info@ziajewel.com or WhatsApp/call.

 

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in INR (₹) and inclusive of GST.

We reserve the right to update prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Prices do not include shipping charges (unless explicitly stated).

 

We accept the following payment methods:

  •       Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
  •        UPI / Net Banking
  •        Bank Transfer
  •        Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, GPay)
  •        Cash on Delivery (COD) — where applicable

 

6. Order Placement & Cancellations

To place an order, you must register on our website and provide accurate details. We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  •        Item is out of stock
  •        Payment not received or verified
  •        Incorrect billing/shipping address
  •        Suspected fraudulent activity
  •        Pricing errors

If cancelled, you’ll be notified within 72 hours, and a refund will be processed for any payment made.

 

7. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping within Kerala and across India on orders above ₹15,000. Orders below this amount may incur a nominal shipping fee.

 

Delivery timelines are mentioned on individual product pages.

  •        Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
  •        We ship via trusted courier services (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC).
  •        You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
  •        All deliveries require a signature. If received by someone else at your address, it’s considered a valid delivery.

 

8. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns due to manufacturing defects will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

 

9. Warranty

All products come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty, valid from the invoice date. This covers only production defects — not damage caused by misuse, accidents, loss, or unauthorised repairs. Plated jewelry may naturally fade over time, and re-plating is not covered under warranty, though we offer a paid polishing/replating service for select items.

 

 

10. Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all purchases and to promptly update your details as needed. We may limit or cancel orders if we suspect duplicate, bulk, or fraudulent transactions.

 

11. Liability & Limitations

We are not liable for:

  •        Delays due to festivals, natural calamities, or courier delays
  •        Incorrect delivery addresses
  •        Downtime or access issues with our website
  •        In no case shall ZIA JEWELS or its affiliates be responsible for any indirect or consequential damages related to your use of our services or products.

 

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including (but not limited to):

  •        Illegal activities
  •        Infringement of intellectual property
  •        Uploading viruses or harmful code
  •        Collecting others’ personal data
  •        Impersonation or fraudulent actions

All our terms and operations are governed by the laws of India. In case of any disputes, jurisdiction will lie with the courts of Thrissur, Kerala.
