SHIPPING POLICY
We are proudly based in Thrissur, India, and offer reliable shipping options both domestically and internationally.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Free shipping within India (mainland till 30.06.2026)
International Shipping
Currently we are not doing any international shipping.
Delivery Time frames
Delivery times vary by product and are specified on each product's page. Orders are dispatched through trusted logistics partners such as Bluedart-DHL, on working days and according to their operating hours.
Processing begins once payment is received, and shipment is completed within 7 to a maximum of 10 days (excluding weekends) after payment.
We are responsible for your order during transit until it is delivered to the address you provided.
All deliveries are made through OTP based transactions, after which responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.
Delivery Address Guidelines
We do not offer scheduled deliveries, so please ensure someone is available at the delivery address. You may choose an alternate delivery address (e.g., your workplace) at checkout.
If the order is delivered to a third party at your designated address (e.g., a receptionist or security guard), their signature will be considered valid proof of delivery.
Important Notes on Delays
While we strive to deliver as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to:
- Public holidays or festive seasons (e.g., Diwali, Christmas, Eid)
- Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses
- Natural events or weather-related disruptions
- Customs clearance issues for international shipments

Return Policy
