At ZIA JEWELS, we prioritize your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our diamond jewelry. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-Day Return Policy for all eligible items.

 

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  •         The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
  •         All tags, certificates, and packaging are intact
  •        A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is available

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at contact@ziajewel.com. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, notify us immediately. Our team will evaluate the issue and arrange a prompt replacement or refund.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  •         Customized or personalized jewelry
  •         Items purchased on sale or discount
  •         Gift cards or store credits
  •         Items damaged due to mishandling, wear & tear, or improper care
  •         Products without original packaging, tags, or certificates

Exchange Policy:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for your desired product once the return is approved.

 

Refund Process

Once your return is received and verified, we will notify you of the status.

If approved:

 

  •        A refund will be issued to your original method of payment
  •         Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  •         Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
